:(
I know this is a trivial question, but in some way/shape/form, are hub caps covered under warranty?
i have the stock 9-spoke wheel cover, in which one popped out on one of my recent adventures with the box..
-----------------------------------------------------------------
now i understand that there's always
1) E-bay
2) newscionparts.com (which lists them at $68 [each?] at http://www.newscionparts.com/html/wheelsxB.html )
3) or rolling on blacks, like some broke-___ ricer. (the box would NEVER deserve that..)
------------------------------------------------------------------
so when i came home, my mom (like all fast-to-jump-the-gun/uninformed people) said "no- it should be covered under warranty.." yadda yadda yadda so on and so forth.
i proceded to tell her that it surely isnt (right, guys?), being it that it was my fault
so i suppose the real questions at hand is
1) are hubs covered under warranty?
2) if so, how can i present the problem to the dealer without telling them it wsa my fault?
3) are there any cheaper places/sources to get them ?
----i hate rollin' in a new car and one HUB is missing..
until i get some rims, any valid response would gladly be appreciated
