Default TRD Springs Bumper Scrape??

I'm debating getting a pair of the trd lowering springs for better handling but i am afraid that dropping the car will make it more prone to scraping over bumps and things because i live in pittsburgh and we aren't really known for our well maintained roads. Does anyone have any issues like this??
Also would i need to install a camber kit or different shocks at the same time?

sorry if this is a repeat question -- i tried to search it with no luck

I have the TRD shocks and springs along with the OEM body kit and have not had any problems with scraping. The only thing you should pay attention to is parking when there are those cement blocks to stop the tires. If you pull too far forward you will hit the bumper, but that s an issue with a stock tC also. Your ride quality will not degrade by much at all and it will feel much better in turns.

You do not need to install a camber kit, but I would recommend getting shocks at the same time if they are within your budget since they add so much in the way of performance and dont add any significant time to the install. The stock shocks are capable of handling the drop, but anything much lower than TRD youll find the stock shocks will wear out relatively quickly.

Thanks for bringing that up, I'm from Pittsburgh too and I had the same exact question, my street alone has enough potholes to scrape up the bottom pretty good.
