You'd have to look up a local shop. Could mail it out too I guess, but probably wouldn't be worth it to ship.

More than likely, it's going to be a specialty shop. Like a body shop or paint shop or something.
The grill must be metal of some sort.
You cant powdercoat plastic.
I cant tell from the pic, what material its made out of.

the billet grill is aluminum, no? if thats not the billet grill, then my bad.. i meant the aluminum one..
Aluminum is fine, that looks like a $35-$50 job at most. Maybe cheaper if you find a nice shop.

If you're buy a T-Rex Billet Grille, we do offer them in all black. It's a special order, non returnable etc etc...I would recommend going with www.sporttrucking.com or give them a call up at 800-598-5555 and ask for Andre, he'll take care of you.
Here's a couple pictures of my car with the billet all black.

On the JBM site its 130 for the upper piece and 130 for the lower...if you want it all black powder coated you would have ot call them up and see how much they charge to get it all black...I would recommend talking to Andre over there if you plan on buying them. They aren't the cheapest prices, but the quality is superb and the install is easy (no zip ties). Just 2 screws on the top and 4 screws on the bottom if my memory serves me right.
