Personally, that list seems a little silly to me... how can there be SO many ties? And who made up THOSE categories! Sheesh. What about "Best Waste of Five Minutes"... the winner is the guy that thought up that list.

Chrysler 300C SRT8, Dodge Charger SRT8 (tie)
My favorite.

"hey, we don't have any American cars on this list"
"Dang, well, let's make up a catagory that one of the big 3 can win"

and then we'll let essencially the same car win it twice so we can have TWO winners

Yeah... and how can BEST Ultra Luxury Sedan be a three-way tie? Can anyone name another Ultra Luxury Sedan?

Explanation: We don't want to ____ anyone off!

you can't deny that fact that the SRT-8's are some badass cars though.

That is true -- but that doesn't change that fact that the categories are silly!

I drove an '06 Avalon XLS for a couple days when my tC was down (installing supercharger after work). They are sweet cars, especially for the money. Powerful, quiet, comfortable, tons of features, and look pretty cool for a sedan.
I recommend them to anybody that asks about them, and am trying to persuade my domestic-only buying dad to consider one. Beats the heck out of his old Intrepid!

Popular Mechanics hustled an Avalon to 60 in 6 seconds a few months back.

Not bad for a big, heavy front driver. That 2GR engine is bad!
