Default TRD S/C + Emanage Ultimate = Major fun

I recently bought an emanage ultimate and pnp harness and ultimate upgrade harness from http://www.dezod.com and they have been great and sent me the pin-outs for the ecu so i can wire it all up (which ive been working on for the past few days on and off) but i was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with the emanage ultimate and the TRD supercharger and could give me an idea for programming the emanage. It is totally new to me so I was looking for some help/advice for programming it. Thanx

I have the E-manage Blue for the TRD Supercharger, but at the time of my tune I had outdated software so there was communication problems. Only thing that could be adjusted was air flow. I have the pressure sensor, injector harness and igntion harness, with new software so my next tune should be fun. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. You can change the redline with the Ultimate. Be careful if you do that.

heres the best possible advice for the question you asked....DO NOT TRY TO TUNE IT YOURSLEF!! Bring it to a emanage friendly performance shop in your area to have it tuned...you will save yourself a lot of headaches unless you know how to tune the emanage and have experience with tuning other cars with the emanage.

I'm sure this topic has been talked about many times, but have they found away around the ECU and it relearning with the E-Manage/AFC?

i've seen this system work very well. as close to a standalone u can get for the price. it all depends on the shop thats installing/tuning for u. most of the ppl who were unsuccessful were found that it was install error.

i've seen shops that made this unit work on cars that even Greddy couldnt get to work on.

its a good step up from the basic emanage/AFC devices.

as far as ur predicament, are there any preloaded maps for the tC in the software? if not, i dont think u can start the car without it ____ing up b/c the proper map hasnt been loaded.

is there a way u can send me a copy of the software so i can install on my computer and take a look at its tuning capabilites? i might be able to help u.
