I'm in need of peoples opinions regarding what suspension products I should go with. I want to build a car I can enter into local shows & allow maximum streetability (is that a word?)! Don't plan to race with, just want to turn heads as well as corner with great speed. Let me know what you think!! And thanks for your help.

 

I think the biggest factor will be how much you have to spend.

You could go with springs and a rear sway bar for $300-$400 depending on brands and it would look good and handle much better than stock. Or you could go with coilovers and both sway bars for like $1200-$1500 for adjustable ride height and much better handling than stock.

 

Money isn't too much of an option, my only real fear is going with one company and then craving more performance and wishing I had went with another. At the same time I'm trying to be reasonable, like I said I don't plan to race so I may not need to go all out.

 

i have a set of hotchkis sways, upgraded rubber, and tein s-tech springs. It handles far better than a stock tC ever could. Got it for cheap too. 140 for the springs, 230 for the sways, and the rubber was just under $100 apiece for 225/40/18 size.
