Also scionfx.com. Both have good prices. That is all I remember right now. :D ecandlcubed 06-10-2004, 01:31 AM try here too http://www.xsmods.com/productdetail.php?categoryid=3&subcategoryid=29&productid=3115 i bought a set from paul today and should be getting it sometime next week. he is a very nice guy to deal with... hahajoey 06-10-2004, 02:17 AM so far, all the aftermarket headlights i've seen aren't the greatest of quality. i'd rock stock over aftermarket headlights scionxbny 06-10-2004, 02:31 AM I like the old school look of the stock lights. Just wish they were brighter. BraveLittleToaster 06-10-2004, 03:12 AM I like the old school look of the stock lights. Just wish they were brighter. By some Silverstar's , I did! http://img58.photobucket.com/albums/v178/GpRyder/Headlamps_and_Fogs.jpg Scion05hatch 08-09-2004, 01:23 PM I like the old school look of the stock lights. Just wish they were brighter. By some Silverstar's , I did! I've heard a lot of good reviews on the Silverstars. What wattage are you using? What color? Where can I get a pair? Thanks! Are the bulbs H4 for the xB? (Picking my xB up tommorrow). fireballfish 08-09-2004, 08:18 PM I like the old school look of the stock lights. Just wish they were brighter. (Picking my xB up tommorrow). Yep, H4s for the stock housing on the xB. Are you looking for "legal" bulbs? If not PIAA makes some really nice replacements for the h4's... just make sure you dont get too high a wattage unless you want to run new wires and relays for your Headlights. If you're looking for legal bulbs, check to see how many Lumens (measurement of photon output) they put out. The higher the better. Scion05hatch 08-10-2004, 12:01 PM Yep, H4s for the stock housing on the xB. Are you looking for "legal" bulbs? Doesn't matter if they are DOT approved. Just want something that is brighter / whiter than the stock normal bulbs. None of this blue or purple $hit though!! If not PIAA makes some really nice replacements for the h4's... I've used PIAA's one time before and was not to happy with the results considering how much they cost me. just make sure you dont get too high a wattage unless you want to run new wires and relays for your Headlights. That is another concern. I've ran the higher wattage bulbs on previous vehicles and the lens of the headlamps get really HOT. I've read a few horror stories using higher wattage bulbs as well. If you're looking for legal bulbs, check to see how many Lumens (measurement of photon output) they put out. The higher the better. What about the Sylvania's? Are the ones above 55w like normal bulbs or are they the 90w ones? I still am interested in a HID kit. Just need more info on the glare guards..... Maguyver 08-13-2004, 10:10 PM im looking for the 1st one, the ones on the black scion the (bigger pic) any idea where i can get those 8) Max2k 08-14-2004, 02:28 AM Those are JDM Ichikoh projector lights, here's a couple more pictures. http://www.nsktokyo.co.jp/takataka/bB/photo/tas2001/r/dcp_2538.jpg http://www.nsktokyo.co.jp/takataka/bB/photo/tas2001/r/dcp_2539.jpg http://www.nsktokyo.co.jp/takataka/bB/photo/tas2001/r/dcp_2540.jpg |
