Default TSB's after your out of warranty?

Welp, getting close to the end of the warranty on this car. I just purchased it 2 weeks ago and im at 34k miles.

Got a few problems that show up on the TSB's like fuel filler issues, AC that wont make it through the summer and squeeky brakes when I back up.

So ... my question is do I lose the right to have work noticed in a TSB after my warranty is up? Or ... should i run as fast as I can to the phone and make an appointment?

A Technical Service Bulletin is something that is required to be disclosed by federal law, but not necessarily required to be repaired because it isn't a safety hazard, but more of an annoyance that the owner should be aware of. It is not to be mistaken with a recall, which is a definite safety hazard that the auto manufacturers are required to fix by law. No matter how far you are out of your warranty, a recall or a TSB is still a repairable matter without you paying out of pocket. Where is Tomas to back me up in this stuff?

So all in all, you are in good shape regardless of your warranty being in effect or not. For one, you drive a Toyota, quality quality quality. Two, you drive a Toyota, if there is a problem, it will be taken care of post haste.
