Default Help me find the temperature sensor...

Ok so I just installed an Injen CAI on my TC. This may sound kinda cheesy but I think it would be kinda cool. So I never use the little button to check the outside temperature on my car, just because I don't really care.

What I think would be cool would be if you could relocate wherever the thermometer takes the reading for the air outside to inside the CAI near the intake manifold. That way with the push of a button it would tell you how cold the air actually is going into your engine.

What do you guys think? Is it even possible? If so where does the car take the outside temp from so I could move it?

Interesting! Not sure if it would work just as simply as you have stated... but an interesting thought none the less.

the temp sensor is right behind your grill to the right of the pass side headlight

you ecu already monitors intake air temp. buy a scangauge or something similar. my intake readings are usually 1 or 2 degrees off from the outside thermometer. if im just sitting it can go to like 120 degrees on a 70 degree day
