Possible to modify gas and brake pedals?

Possible to modify gas and brake pedals?
I'd like to modify the angle of the gas pedal (increase the angle) and recess the brake pedal (perhaps 1-1/2") so it's parallel with the gas pedal. Are these goals technically possible without spending megabucks?
