iam ready to do this project, i got an uber soldering/unsoldering station (woot no mess!)

It's actually really easy for the gauges. The tech section on here has it and believe me, after 1 or two of them, you'll get it in no time. The HVAC is a little harder b/c of re-routing the traces and adding resistors, but it's not too bad. good luck.
