First Car: 2003 Mustang 3.8L
Current: 2006 Scion tC
Looking at: 2004 40th Anniversary Mustang GT

I as many other tC owners feel that the tC is a good car, but isn't as great as we expected. This whole performance tuning thing isn't that right for me.

I can spend over 3K for a Turbo/Super plus install, for my tC, AND then HAVE TO get PREMIUM GAS just to get it to 200 or a little more.

Or I can trade in my tC plus LESS than 3k for a 40th Ann. GT with dual exhaust and hood scoop. It'll be a litte worse in the snow, and on gas... but I want HP!

260HP are coming from that GT. Selling my '03 Pony was the most upsetting decision I've ever made.

I say go for it.
I love my Saleen and it has never given me problems besides cops pulling me over all the time. I like my scion alot but I LOVE my mustang.

I bought the scion to have a more gas economical car. Good luck with ur decision

no way man
don't get that Found On Road Dead lump of trash
if you want hp then get a mark 4 supra. you can get like 1200hp on it
and you get that piece of mind that you'll make it from point a to point b without your car dying on you

Since this is going to turn into a Mustang discussion... it's moving.

Good luck with your choice though...

Too bad Supras are way overpriced. Also, it's possible to get 1200 horsepower out of a Supra, but not very cheap. Even if you do, I wouldn't drive it at that level of boost for too long. He also seems to want a car that's out of the box fast, no need for tuning.
