My coworker up north in seattle sent me this link worried cause I drive the same car, but if you watch the video, it sound like driver error to me. Sad all the same.

 

The post in the NW regional forum states it was a tC, not an xB. Still a bad event has happened, no matter what vehicle it was.

 

Really are they sure, if you look at the undercarriage it looks like an xb and the bumper looks like an xb's.

 

That is harsh. Looks like the Scion drove right into the barrier seperating the exit from the freeway. Whew.

 

That is what happens when you drive into a center divider without stopping or swerving. The driver was either falling asleep, drunk, or on his or hers cell phone. Sucks for them.
Always pay attention to the road, no matter how good of a driver you think you are.

 

If you look at the exhaust on the left side of the pic it looks like it has the tC bend on it, if you know what I mean by that.

No matter what it is. Im sure all our thoughts go out to the people affected by this tragic event.

 

you know why upon closer inspection it is a tc, can a mod move this to the TC lounge, thanks

 

That car is without question a tC. The muffler piping gives it away. What a horrible story...

 

If you go to the video now, they are flipping the car over and you can see how badly it was burned. Horrible

 

The exhaust pipe on the wrecked tC goes through an indentation in the center of the fuel tank, while the exhaust pipe on an xB goes through an indentation on the driver side of the fuel tank.

damn did you see the top of the tc i wonder how fast they were going? 75+ makes me want to get a rollbars
