Default Anyone installed an aftermarket steering wheel? Input please

I'm looking for any input you guys have on aftermarket steering wheels in the tC. I'm looking at either the Sparco Mugello or the Sparco Flash 5...

Mugello:

Flash 5

They are both 330mm dia., but is 330mm too small? Should I go with a wheel that's 350mm? Do I just use a regular Toyota hub adapter? How do I take care of the airbag and sensors? Thanks in advance guys.
