Just a deposit down! I'm really excited about the new Release Series! Despite all the protests about Stingray Metallic lookin' weak, the xA should look really awesome!

Anyway, I'm hoping that it will be released before September. That's when my inspection sticker expires and my Golf definately won't pass unless I put major loot into repairs.

Does anyone have any idea at all when it's gonna come out?

How soon after when Scion announces it?

When do you think they will announce it?

I'm hoping it will come with fogs, VSC, spoiler and security system. Screw the moonroof like what did with the 1.0. Adds weight to a car that already has small horsepower.

 

haha, no offense or anything but the sunroof on the RS 1.0 is great, and i'm not sure that its "added weight" would cause you too much concern. the RS 1.0 is the best RS that scion has made in many peoples opinions, because it offered the best package for the value. i hope the RS3.0 is good as well, but i dont think theyll ever make one better than the 1.0 imo. the color is a dissapointment for the 3.0, but im sure theyll make up for it somehow (or lets hope so at least, since theyre really keeping it secret!)

 

Congratulations on getting in line!!! I am one of the most disappointed in the color, but I am hoping that they will make up for it in the 'features' dept!

 

A fellow Golf owner! I'm trading mine in for a Scion too. Bad gas mileage for such a small car.

Anyway, I think the color's not bad... but maybe not release series worthy. I suggest throwing some gunmetal rims and a carbon fiber hood on it. I think it would look great with that color.

As far as when it will be released I've heard all kinds of things. There is supposed to be a big announcement by Scion in September. A Scion dealer told me it would be the unveiling of the 2008 models but maybe they will release the RS models at or around the same time.

 

Wow, you bought a car that you don't know the price, features, or even approximate arrival date. My guess is that it should be out around September...Congrats and I hope you like it.
