i'm planning to do 20% all around...it's obviously against the CA law...I just want to know...those of you that do 20% all around, if you got any tickets yet or ever got hassled by a cop for it...let me know thanks

 

I had it on my tC for about a year and a half with no issues. Also had it on my Camaro for about 4 years before that. All it takes is one cop to be in the right mood to get you for it so dont give them a reason .

 

I had mine for 11 months now. Only pulled over once, the officer used the machine on my window and showed the window to be 18%, but I guess he was in a good mood that day and just let me go.

 

i have had mine for 4 months on my SW and got a fix it already..but on the SW it looks alot darker..

i had 20 % all around in my old civic (4dr), and got pulled over once, but it was a "verbal" warning to take it off. I never took it off, lol. But on my TC, i have 20 in the back, 36 front the front two. I think it looks clean. I dont feel like getting bothered by the cops and having to pull my windowns down everytime I see one.

Dark stuff guys. I know a few tC guys that seem to get pulled over because they drive a tC. Cops are on the lookout and fixing tint can be a b-otch.

 

i have 20 all around , the back is 15 however. Never had any problems with authorities. Only problem i had was I wished i could have done it darker.. 15% all around

 

it all depends on the cop. i almost got a fix-it tix on my stock front windows. i does look slightly tinted but that cop was retardo. obviously if it was tinted u could see the film.

 

Had 14% on my Solara for 3 years, no issues, and 26% on my tC for 5 months, no issues.

 

I Have 5% on the 3 rears and 15% on the fronts! I love it!

 

friend just got one $109 ticket

 

I have 20% all around and even if the car looks sick , sometimes it's a hassel to look out for cops all the time. I'm going to buy my sisters tint for her civic and I'm getting her 50%.then again I don't have a front plate either.
