Weapon-R engine damper product review.
Installed this today on my lunch break. I got it for 130 and it came with the damper piston, an L bracket for the stock mounting spot, a spacer to go under the L bracket, a very nice strut mounting bracket that is painted black and connects to all 3 shock tower bolts and all the hardware, plus some crappy stickers.
The install was pretty easy, a little bit more tricky than installing a strut tower bar but anyone should be able to put this on themselves with a socket kit and some Allen wrenches.
The performance was surprising. In fact I would say it is one of the better bolt on performance mods you can do for around 130. The low RPMS seem to have more power probably because thats where most of the motor shaking would take place but overall I feel it rips(literally) through the gears better. I can feel a little bit of vibration inside at idle but it's minimal.
I would suggest anyone who has an I/H/E/P to purchase this, it's well worth it. Plus it looks nice.
P.S. I think the new brackets are different(stronger)

Ill try and get some up tomorrow, its a really good peice, maybe hotbox can chime in, I think he rants and raves about his too. Updates coming tomorrow as well as some more real world info as I drive with this thing on for the night. Off to install my new rotors pads and SS brake lines :D
Yes it works with the xA and it would be just as good as it is on the xB. Oh and BTW ss lines, drilled/slotted rotors and your choice of performance pad is certainly the way to go.
I think im going to do some work like mykillerroamnces did but I wont have to pay for anything but the pistons, saddleback community college down here has an amazing machine shop.
