Default "Ordering" a new tC

When you go into a dealership and they don't have what you want but they can find one or "order" it for you, do you have to fill out all the financing paperwork beforehand or just put down a deposit?

Not to sure myself, but check with RoswellScion, bbcrud, awesometc or bryaninscion. They are all dealers and would be able to give you some insight on what you are going to have to do.

Good Luck

I had to leave a deposit (refundable of course) to have them locate me my Flint Mica vehicle. That was Ira in Manchester NH.

Be careful too, some dealers charge an extra "finders fee", which is BS. Took my sales guy 2 minuntes to show me the 3-4 dealers that all had a Flint Mica. He would have called them with me their, but it happened to be a Sunday and was pretty late, so he made the calls during the week and had the car within a few days.

Yes. That's a standard, refundable, deposit amount. I don't believe they're allowed to ask for any more, or to have you sign any finance paperwork.

If they have one comming in like you like (same color, ipod, transmission) then you don't have too.

I had to put down a deposit... but all the financing and stuff was done on pickup. It was sweet because if you order it and put down a deposit... all they do is fill it with gas. I got mine with only 3 miles on it

at my dealer $300 deposit, and refundable if you dont want the car when it comes in. cause they said "its a hot car and sells fast" and thats why theres still an RS2, 2 spec editions, and 3 base models ready to sell.

6-8 weeks seems right. Keep in mind that not all dealerships get the same allocation of cars, might want to check somewhere else, maybe get it faster. Also, right now they are starting to ship the 07 so that might have slowed things down a bit as well.

I think that is the standard wait time, unless you get lucky and the dealership happens to have the one you want already on the way.

my friend got her xB in about 2 weeks. it was probably on the way though...all she wanted was the ipod radio and scion security. i've decided to go down to my toyota dealership and start asking about my car, although i already have decided exactly what i want. i work for lexus(same corporation as the toyota dealership)...so im gonna try to get me some free floor mats at the very least. lol.
