Seafair Weekend will be during Scion Exposed 3 and let me tell you, this year sounds simply amazing.
This is a small listing of all the events that happen at Seafair.

Headliner, C.J. Chenier and the Red Hot Louisiana Band
Saturday, August 5, 7:30 p.m.
Compared to the likes of James Brown, C.J. Chenier and the Red Hot Louisiana Band will leave the SEAFAIR audience dancing to the contemporary influences of R&B, soul and funk.
With the solo career dating back to 1987, numerous awards and five albums, C.J. Chenier is widely regarded as one of the zydeco genre's best singers, musicians and live performers. His soulful, bluesy voice and infectious energy will inspire all zydeco fans and create a following for first-time listeners. Straight from Louisiana, this zydeco master leaves a lasting mark on the music which remains unparalleled as a party starter.

Fireworks & Qwest Starfire Air Show Act- Saturday, August 5, 9:00 p.m.
Following the rocking tunes of C.J. Chenier and the Red Hot Louisiana Band, SEAFAIR will unveil the Qwest Starfire Air Show Act, a new pyrotechnic air show and grand fireworks display over Lake Washington.

The Qwest Starfire Air Show Act performed by pilot Bill Leff will be the perfect transition from daytime racing to nighttime theatrics. Leff dazzles audiences with an airborne fireworks display and light show completely choreographed to music.

SEAFAIR Fireworks Extravaganza
Rounding out the night, SEAFAIR will electrify the evening sky with a fireworks display over the Unlimited Hydroplane race course. Tickets for the concert and fireworks show are only $10 after 6:00 p.m. Thank you to Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. for its support of the 2006 Fireworks show.
