The route sheets are done! Looks like about a 90 mile loop through some of the nicest canyon roads around.

I have no idea! I'll know at about the same time you do

The meeting place has a nice parking lot, so there should be plenty of ding-free spaces for any number of Scions. The restaurant is set up to handle big parties as well.

Sure! This is a laid back event and we're pretty much playing it by ear. The only thing "scheduled" is breakfast at 9:00AM because that is when the place opens!

A pretty good turnout for a first event!

David and Jorge came from Silver Lake, Eduardo from Thousand Oaks, David from Cypress and Charlie from Capestrano Beach along with George, Marie, Claire and Tempest from Canyon Country.

We had a great breakfast followed by lots of talk about our xBs.

Emblem removal, detailing, AEM intake interference, luggage racks, and scratch repair were discussed at great length. At such great length in fact, that we decided to do the "cruise" part of the event another time! We finally went out separate ways at about noon!

Pix when I figure out how to put them up!

I posted the two additional shots I had of the grille.

Looks like this will become a monthly event. The next breakfast is scheduled for November 9th, at the same time and location.

Whether it will be a cruise remains up in the air. Most attendees didn't want to do the drive, but if the demand is there, I still have the route sheets!

It was October 12. I announced it for about a week beforehand on this thread.

Everyone has more time to plan this time around, so c'mon out to Canyon Country and join the fun!

Hey George,

It's Eddy, from the first Canyon Cruise. Can't wait to meet you and many others again at the meet on Nov. 9. Too bad the meet is in the morning, because I just installed some cool blue underbody-lights on my xb, and it would have been cool to show u them. Anyway, see you and many of you there!

Hope this turnout is A LOT BIGGER than last time.

Yes, the event is on for this Sunday, 11-9-03! Our first event had a nice turnout with about a dozen people in six xBs. Hopefully we'll get some folks down from the Antelope Valley this time as well as some xAs!

Bring an empty stomach, the food's great!

Hey, stock or not, we want xAs there! Looks like the xA is going to be the "rare collectable Scion"!
