Default Door panel question

I am interested in re-covering my door panels in suede, the parts that heve the factory cloth on there now. Can someone please tell me how to get this piece off. Do I have to remove the door panel and cut it out or is that piece just an insert? I want to do the front door panel and rear panel so it all mathces my custom sub box that I just had wraped in suede. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You do have to remove the door panel. I believe one panel is 3 pieces. Basically you have a top, middle and bottom. When I took mine apart I used a heat gun to heat up the places where it was all joined. I'll take some pics ASAP... I suck at explaining stuff...

Thats the driver side panel. Again I'll try and get more pics.

OK, so I took some pictures of what I have undone. I haven't had any time to work on my rear door panels so here are some pics...

The back right panel "together".

4 Parts in all for the back panels. For the front is 3.

The Back side.

Closer pic of backside and the "joints".

Close up of a "joint". This is where I used a heat gun. I heated it up to where its about to melt then pried them apart.

"Joints" together but not permanetly.

Pic of the screws I used. Card is there for size comparison.

One of the tap screws in a "joint". Make sure when you screw these in you go straight down.

Final "joint".

Hope that helps. Sorry if I didn't explain it enough. If you need to me go more in depth on a certain part... just ask.

Where did you all get your fabric from??? and how much???
