Default Catback Exhaust

So far everywhere i've looked for a catback exhaust system, all i've found were axle-back systems... I was looking at the Greddy EVO2 catback system and on SCO.com it shows 2 pipes (mid pipe and axleback muffler) but under the description it says "rear section". Anyone know who makes a REAL full catback exhaust system and which would be the best?

I thought EVO2 was a catback? oh well.. Skunk 2 Racing, Draxas, Magnaflow, and Megan Racing i think are the only ones that make catbacks.. Maybe Tsudo or Tanabe. Im planning on getting the Skunk 2, but they are hard to find.

I've heard some good things about Megan's cat-back. Do a search, I'm sure there are plenty posts on it.

P.S. I'd like to see a pick of the 7 cheerleaders in your scion!

Well next time i get them in there, I will definately take a pic..

On subject... Megan is pretty good from what i hear, but the only issue is the whole bumper melting issue.. Thats why I'm not getting one of them. I will probably go with the Skunk 2

Yeah, then I'd def. go with the Skunk 2. I love my Injen Axelback, but I do want a cat back now.

Well the melting bumper isn't an issue, im gonna be leaving the TRD axle back on the car for the looks (i hate the grapefruit shooter tips...). That's why i need a FULL system...or just get the mid pipe with the cat on it (from s-pipe to axle back).

double post...

[img=http://img415.imageshack.us/img415/869/tccatbackle0.th.png]

i need the center pipe to have the cat...not the axleback. I already have the TRD on the car and the center pipe is dented in some places and needs to be replaced (OEM is $1200). Any suggestions?

ZPI makes a midpipe.. Megan does also.. Or you could always just get a custom midpipe.

"For those who like to taylor their exhaust to their own taste, Megan Racing offers a Mid-Pipe exhaust piece for the Scion TC. Designed as a direct bolt-on to replace the stock piece, this mid-pipe works in conjunction with the Megan Racing Axle-Back exhaust piece as well as other Axle-Back systems that are designed to work with the OEM Mid-Pipe as well (Such as the TRD)."

Omg thanks whiteshirt! Looks like im gettin a megan mid pipe

Well considering that your supposed to get more hp with a full cat back than on a axle back, then yes, you should. as for the sound, i dont really know what it would sound like, i know it would change though.

the megan catback is actually a downpipe (or spipe) back exhaust. it deletes the secondary cat.

they sell all 4 parts of the exhaust seperatly, headers w/o cat, s-pipe, midpipe, and axleback

You can get the spipe with the drift spec, but i have seen places where its optional.
