Default Question about Injen CAI for 07 Scion tC

I purchased a Injen CAI and it seems that it wont fit on the 2007 model of the tC. The MAF is too small for the 07 to fit on the intake. Can anyone shed some light on this and also can anyone tell me of a site that sells an intake for the 2007 Scion tC? Let me know. Thanks.

Default Injen CAI

Man im glad i didnt get mine yet. I was just about to purchase one for my 07 tC. I was wondering if they fit the 07 model. Do you know if DC Sports Header fits also? And does the Supercharger fit 07's? Ive refrained from purchasing performance upgrades not knowing if they would fit or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Scion Life. There seems to be at least 3 threads per week about '07 headers and CAI, I suggest using the function next time.

I think a few products do work for the 07 model, but as far as the headers and intake are, I believe that they do not work because on another topic on this forum, it is said that the headers do not fit the 07 model.

Default 07 Differences

Thats some funny ____, sorry about reposting, well i was just replying to this guys repost. I cannot wait until they come out with 07 upgrades. I just bought the DC Sports Strut bar and Im guessing that shouldnt be any different. Ill find out on my own no need to search for thread.

everything fits except the intake i believe. but someone on her has made a 05-06 intake work for the 07. he used some sort of thing to warp around the MAF to fit in the bigger slot.

I think there were 2 members that made the Injen CAI fit. 1 used tape to attached the MAF to the pipe and another made their own adapter.

Please search for this. There are too many threads asking this question.

You have to make an adapter for the 07 MAF to fit properly.
