Default Best way to clean up front holes

Well, I didn't have a choice since the Scion dealer over here drilled every car with a front plate. I was thinking of taking it into a shop and having them clean it up. Anyone know the typical price on a job like this?

I bought 'screw covers' at Home Depot, for about fifty cents. They're black plastic, and......well, think of it as a little toilet. You put the screw through the hole in the bottom 'bowl', tighten it down, then close the lid. The lid snaps together with the bottom 'bowl', and you can't see the screw head. All you see is a little black disc, about the size of a stack of three dimes.
It looks hella better than just the holes or just the screws, and mega hella better than a front plate - unfortunately the cops don't think so, cause I got pulled over for not displaying the plate. Can't complain, I haven't had it on for a year and a half. He was pretty cool though, gave me a written warning instead of a ticket, and said don't worry about it - it was end of the month, and he needed to make his quota. So, the plate is still in the trunk, until I get stopped again.......

Check the pic in my profile - granted, it's from a mile away, but you can see them just to get an idea.

when i ordered my car i made sure to tell the salesperson not to drill any bumber holes.. thank god they listened. I would rather risk getting a ticket for not having it then having those holes. The plugs look just fine or the brackets for the lower grill too.

Do you have Touch-up Paint and one of those wooden bookcases from Target or Wal-Mart? Just take some of the screw covers (there's always extra), paint them with Touch-up paint, and after they dry super glue them to the bumper. Here's a pic...

They stay on pretty good. Been through many car washes and they are still there. Weird thing is that when (and if) they fall off, they don't damage the factory paint. (I've had a set fall off during the 'trial run'. The set I have now has been going strong for 8+ months.) Best thing about this? It's FREE!! I had all these parts lying around the house!

P.S. NO! That's not a big round hole in my bumper! It's a Tow Hitch Cover I made.
