My ZPI S-Pipe Leak
I was able to take pics and sound clips today of my leak around the s-pipe area..
so let's start with the pics:

notice that the gasket i'm using is one wide and fat thing.. it works better than the stock donut gasket though.. and Yes, the bolts are at it's TIGHTEST state right now. The reason why the left bolt is more screwed in than the right bolt is because the leak is mostly coming from the left side (closest to driver side) so that fixed it up. I can't feel anymore air, but that annoying "air" sound is still there.. PLEASE tell me it's normal
if not, then what can I do? That orange stuff is the permatex ultra copper gasket maker stuff.. but that was there before the shop put that fat gasket there.
Here's the vid/sound clip:

since it leaks where the s-pipe flange meets te gasket.. would it be pointless to cut and weld on the STOCK s-pipe's flange onto the aftermarket s-pipe? because the stock s-pipe flange sits perfectly against the gasket.. actually the gasket sits INSIDE the stock s-pipe flange leaving NO gap like the gasket above.. what do you guys think? i might do this with a shop.
or in simpler "terms'..
