Default MMW Header Issue again

Well just today i was driving and i finally noticed my header problem again. Does anyone who owns MMW headers ever get this weird sound below their car when they're driving and as soon as you let go gas you hear rattling. and when you on nuetral and you rev your car alittle and you her teh rallting after? Well the problem is the axle is grinding against the S-Pipe. Did anyone have resolve this? I once thought i did but once again it started hitting again. I need to know how to pull the S-pipe away from the axle giving it more space. Any Ideas?
