both of which are car dealerships :p
Those 2 places would be the best bet. You can try other places, but no one has had problems with Sparks or McGeorge.

Most of us had the dealership install the supercharger. The ECU reflash has to be done at a dealership since they have the tool to do it. Not all dealerships have that tool though, so you may want to check around.

You can also do what garyc recommended and send your ecu and the reflash module to TRD Sparks. It would mean your car won't be driveable until you get it back, but it's safer than driving around without the reflash.

If you go to a dealership to install the s/c, I recommend shopping around for a dealership that has ALL of the proper tools and have actually installed a supercharger before, and also for better price for install. It's supposed to take no more than 8 hours to install, so multiply that by what their hourly rate is (e.g. $80x8hrs=$640).

I had a master mechanic at a very reputable dealership install it and he took his time (good thing) and followed the instructions thoroughly. Some people have come across some bolts being overtightened which could cause the mounts to break, and it wouldn't surprise me if they overtightened other things that have caused leaks from the seals (the latter being my speculation). I personally haven't had any problems with my supercharger.
