MOD: LOCK PLS
Well I have the Eclipse AVN6600 NAV system and I love it and would not change it, but before I got it I was also looking at the AVEC-Z1 and the Kenwood, both which seemed to be very nice. Basically all up to you.
if your looking for the best navi... tie between the AVIC and the eclipse... alpine is nice... but really expensive...
i would suggest the pioneer avic line up as the navi is the most user freindly..

yeah, I have an Eclipse AVN6600. I love it, dont really need NAV that much but tis nice to have. It also plug and play with Scion because Eclipse = Fujitsu Ten = Toyota = Scion. No wire splicing and the steering wheel controls work right out of the box.
If NAV is very important to you, I say get the Pioneer because the NAV is reveiwed as being the best... my opinion as a prior tC owner...
