Default Greddy Turbo Installed

hey, whats up everyone just got my greddy turbo kit installed but i have a few different mods that i got then i ordered the kit which should give me different numbers then most greddy kits. I believe the greddy kit comes with the 18G Turbocharger, I have a 20G. Also the greddy kits come with 440cc injectors, i got the kit with 550cc injectors, I also got the e-manage ultmate which comes with the second option, not mch different but i should see numbers little different i should be dynoing it in soon, so i will have result soon

so you can buy the 20G for ZPI and change the 18G for the 20G just like a bolt-on?

A greddy 20g should fit, a MHI 20g wont fit because of the exhaust housing of the turbo. Greddy uses a t25 style hot side.

So In that case, the 16G, 18G and 20G from GReddy can fit the GReddy Turbo manifold for the tC and its downpipe?

Exactly how much difference is there in the FITment of a 20G from ZPI and a 20G from GReddy?

I am just assuming the Greddy TD06H-20g has the same setup as the Greddy 18g. But a regular MHI turbo will not bolt up to the greddy downpipe as shown above.

ZPI is selling the 20G as a upgrade for their 16G... so the same 20G could be a upgrade for the 18G. Right?

In other words... the ZPI 20G is the GReddy 20G or the regular MHI turbo?

No the ZPI 20g will not fit the greddy downpipe. Different flange.

You need something like this..

Some Garrett alternatives, that are better then the 20g and cost a few $100 more are: GT28RS, GT2871R, GT3071R-WG

Do the larger turbos take longer to spool?

Yes... that is why there is a 14B on my car instead of a 16G... the 14B will spool way faster then the 16 G.. because it is smaller and is a better fit for the toasters puny engine.. So the 16g will spool faster than the 20G on a tC's 2.4.. But the 20G will allow for more hp than the 16G..

The 20g only flows 40CFM more then the 18g, so spool times should be relativly the same.

Cool, that's for the illustration. Do you know if there are wheel measurment differences between the two?
