I got a 4 inch scratch on my TCM Scion, whats the best way to get it out rather then touch up paint, which sometime looks like touch up paint.

You have to do it in warm weather. After about a week, it should harden enough so that you can take very fine grit sandpaper, get it wet and smooth out the touch up point.
