Default Best way to get out Scratches?

I got a 4 inch scratch on my TCM Scion, whats the best way to get it out rather then touch up paint, which sometime looks like touch up paint.

i'd like to know, too. my car came with a medium sized scratch on the rear bumper. It's either a scratch or a flaw in the paint, not sure yet.

I use GS27 Scratch Removal. It's pretty good. I think you can pick it up at your local Pep Boys or auto parts store.

Touch up paint can work really well, but the key is to apply it in very very thin layers, wait for it to dry and then apply more. You have to do it in warm weather. After about a week, it should harden enough so that you can take very fine grit sandpaper, get it wet and smooth out the touch up point. It will slightly dull your clearcoat, but then you just polish and buff the car and it looks brand new again. :-)
