Not trying to be a jerk, but why would you do that? LED swap?

uhh... reprogram the odo.......?

it'll fit... but i will report your butt if you're thinking of cheating the odo reading.

but hmm... an '05 tC gauge will probably have more miles than an '07.. still...

why are you asking?

btw, he probably wants to put the 07 cluster in the 05, but he knew that if he asked that we'd know FOR SURE he was up to no good...

and also, what does the dealer do if your cluster is stolen or something? do you just tell them the mileage you had and they reprogram it?

^ yeah.. they need to reprogram a new one in with a best guess of what your original odo reading was.. and i'm guessing they mark it as out of calibration or not exact or something.. but thinking it will be on record.

Wrong! I have an 07 with less than 1k on it, so I really have no interest in putting that gauge cluster in my car. I am also not into insurance fraud.

Inaccuracy in mileage is reported on the car's history report.

in Massachusetts, odometer inaccuracy needs to be recorded on the title when a transfer of ownership occurs
