Default ENGINE SWAP

Call me crazy, but when you start sinking upwards of $3k+ into a supercharger, $200 on exhaust, $200 on intake, headers, nitrous, etc. When would it become more cost effective to do an engine swap in an xB? Im pretty positive the engine from the tC would fit, and probably the engine from the celica GTS and matrix XRS. I'm sure the mods would be pretty extensive, but if anyone has any input on whether this is possible or not just let me kno...kinda curious

If you get the Japan accesory book it lists a kit to help swap the 2ZZ (the GTS motor) into the xB. I don't know a huge amount about the xB but I have seen that. Hope that helps.

If you're thinking about dropping in a 3S-GTE into your xB, you might as well buy a car that already came from factory with it.

In doing so you would prob void any and all warrenty on the xB. Why not wait till the car is out of warrenty. Hell why not put a 5.0 motor in it. Dude in Canada (eh) has a 1990 Miata with one in it. Series III Jaguar XJ6 have a kit to put a 350 in it. Why not do that? TIME ENERGY SPACE PATIENCE FUNDING. Those five things are all you need.
