nothing you can do about it.. if you cared enough you would have watermarked it... that person probably doesnt even browse these forums..

most you can do is report it to ebay..

if u have noticed, the screen name on ebay that this guy uses, is 94civichatchback. so this guy must drives a 94 civic hatchback. so he is not going to be on this forum.

if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

 

contact ebay. they should be able to handle complaints and probably have that auction removed.

it's happened to a few people here before... their pictures used by others.

calm the f*ck down. He probably just googled it and used it so people get an idea of what it looks like. Were all guilty of doing it at one point or another, maybe just not on an ebay listing.

what angers me the most about certain ebayers is the theft of other people's property and images...

if you're going to sell something... take a picture of what you're selling.. not take someone else's pictures...

stealing other's pictures is not right.

what worries me is if that picture is stolen.. who knows what grille he is actually giving you if that's not the product he has... he can easily give you a cheap look-alike replica and people wouldn't know at all... that 100% postive rating makes me feel iffy too..

 

i kno right thats really wierd to everyone thats reading this that wants that grill just keep in mind that what you may recieve is definitley not off of that red car in the picture lol because its sitting in that same exact driveway next to that same red 325i outside my house this very moment
