SAN ANTONIO car show and race (IMPORT FACE-OFF) - 12/17/06
Just spreading the news...
IMPORT FACE-OFF: Sunday, December 17th at San Antonio Raceway. Car show registration from 9am to 12pm at the front gate, judging begins at 12:30. Heads Up qualifying at 10:30, 11:30, and 12:30. Eliminations begin at 2:00.
RACE CLASSES AND PAYOUT TOTALS
FWD Quick 8 $1000
Street Class Quick 8 $800
All Motor Quick 4 $400
/\ complete fields required for full payout
14.99 and Faster Bracket $200
15.00 and Slower Bracket $200
Motorcycle Bracket $100
SHOW CLASSES: Best Interior, Best Paint/Finish, Best Engine Bay, Best Display, Best Mitsubishi, Best Toyota, Best Scion, Best Nissan, Best Mazda, Best Euro, Best Civic (mild), Best Civic (wild), Best Other Honda (mild), Best Other Honda (wild), Best Acura (mild), Best Acura (wild), Best Other Import (Subaru, Hyundai, etc.), Best Domestic Sports Compact, Best Domestic Car, Best Domestic Truck/SUV, Best Import Truck/SUV, Best Luxury, Best Exotic, Best Underconstruction, Best Club Participation, Best Club Representation $200, Best of Show $400. *Additional classes and places to be added on day of event depending on participation (usually 4 cars to make a class). Trophies for each class.
**All show cars welcome to race FREE test and tune immediately after judging. Bring time slips to car show awards ceremony (4:30 at DJ booth). Fastest show car $200.
OTHER ACTIVITIES: Burnout contest, stereo crank it up contest (Usaci double points), bikini contest (weather permitting), raffles and giveaways, vendors, DJs and live concert. Bands, Rap Artist, and DJs, call 225-247-7223 to be booked!

Spectator $13 with flyer (regular $15) *flyers printed off computer ok to use
Car Show Entry $20
Open Test & Tune $15
Competition Drag Racer (Heads Up or Bracket) $25
Burnout Contest FREE

The San Antonio IFO had a great turnout last year, 150 show cars, 153 racers (pic below). Hopefully this year will be even bigger and better!
