Default clutch on xb

Hey, I'm fixing to buy an xb and it's a hard decision between the manual and the auto. I love driving manual cause it's fun as hell, but I suck at it on hills (traffic lights,parking...) Also, I live in Alaska and manual sucks in the snow. Anyways, I drive a mini coop and some people tell me it has a tricky clutch. how do you guys think the clutch is on the xb....easy or trickzy?

It's easy very light and predictable. If you can't drive this car with a manual tranny...................you just can't drive

I would get a stick. It only takes a little time to learn how to drive it well. I had a lot of trouble when I first started on a stick but learned quickly. Hills won't be much of a problem with a little practice.

I would say this is one of the easiest cars to drive manual I have ever driven. Nothing like my old BMW which was very grabby. Go for the manual because these cars dont feel *as* slow with the shorter gears of the 5 spd.

The auto works just fine too. Don't be afraid of it.

Don't let hills worry you--hold the car with the handbrake until you get the hand of it.
