Default Snow in the forecast!

I purchased new rims over the summer and this will be the first Winter i'll have with them. My question is, is it worth it changing back to my stock rims for the months with snow and change them back in the spring? My new ones look so good, and i'm a little lazy to change them. How much damage could salt, snow, sand, and snow do?

you might want to change them back.. rock salt, or even halite (sp?) can be like small stones hitting your wheels when they salt the roads. even ice and slush hitting your wheels could mar the surface. If you're really picky about your new wheels, let your stockers take the hits for the winter

hey will look like **** after the winter. I used rims for a winter because I didnt have anything else to put on (98 Accord) and they were looking nasty when I cleaned them up real well in the spring...
