Does anyone have a return setup on the tC? What parts are using. I need some insight on this, whos done it??

i do, stock fuel feed to fuel rail with fitting welded on, ss braided line to aeromotive fpr, the n ss line back to fuel tank.

Better fuel tuning? Since u will be able to control the fuel pressure.

Im not denying this works or anything but I thought the injectors controlled how much fuel went in.

But with this, u will control the PRESSURE. The injectors define how much can enter, but the ECU controls how much of what can enter goes.

Does the intank pump need to be modified in order to return fuel into the tank?

I don't understand what the objective is here. Folks have been running 550cc injectors with stock fuel pressure with little no issues. You can't play with the fuel pressure to fool the ECU cause it knows what the A/F is and will simply reduce the milli-second on the injector duration pulse to get you back to stoichiometric it does not really matter what the fuel pressure is. Piggy back is less expensive than adding a fuel pump, FPR and converting the fuel-rail to support a return line , plus the piggy-back is easier to tune for open-loop injector control. I guess if someone has a fully built engine and is running out of fuel on the top end -but I'm not aware of anyone who is running that much power on the tC.

^uhh dude i maxed out my injectors and ____, im running alot of boost home boy...im not on stock block, just my tranny cant stay with it. Thats why im doing this for my build and ditching the auto.

im willing to bet the fuel pump was not able to keep up . have u ever ran the car in the 1/4 or dynoed ? I just really dont see maxing those injectors with anything less the 320whp

how would u know what ? the car is gonna need more then 550s to run 500whp anyway . unless u use a supplemental injector .
