I just got an email i need to talk to work to see if I can have off. Spider what time is your flight leaving and is it on that Thursday? I guess food and drinks or part of the trip i wonder if this is for just at the scion events.

Food is handled for everything but Thursday night, I think. The Hotel offers breakfasts..... Friday Lunch is an event and then I assume dinner at one of the evening events.

Looks like they gave away a few last minute trips....I saw another post about this.
