Default automatic tc

hey on my 06 tc i can put it into any gear without hitting the break. i mean when the car is on and in park (no breaks) i can switch the gears...

i know in my old car and various other cars that u have to have your foot on the break in order to switch it in to any other gear.

is this normal on the tc or should i take it to the dealer to be fixed, seems like a safety hazard

this happend to me when I blew the accessory fuse messing with the headunit (grounded the 12v accessory....duh). anyway the accessory controls the solenoid that lets you come out of park when you press the brake. but, if your radio still works then you have other issues... hope I helped
