Weapon-R are they legal yet..?

are the weapon -r dragon intakes SMOG legal yet. i put one on my ex-gf XB and i was wondering if it is legal yet?

i bought it in early 2005

The Dragon intakes are only legal at this time for the 2004 models. The MMW Secret weapons are being worked on and hopefully sometime next year be ready.

that kinda sucks....i was told numerous times during 2005 and 2006 that they were almost done legalizing them. whats up with that?

this is ridiculus....ive been getting the run around about this since EARLY 2005.

There is no run around! CARB of California only Granted us for the 2004 model only. MMW/Weapon-R has no control on which applications get approved and which dont. Any other questions feel free to call me.
