I was wondering if anybody knew if this shift **** would work for an automatic?

if not, then maybe where i could find one like it for automatic shifter?

I dont think it would be secure enough, you would have to mod something to keep it tight. Most automatic ***** secure with 3 allen screws at the base.

i know the OEM one is just a screw on.

if theres not any button on the OEM **** then you should be good to go! Measure the automatic shaft and make sure it is compliance with the TRD ***** specs

it's made for the manual... a M12 x 1.25 size... so NO.. it won't fit...

but....

the automatic is much much smaller.... you'll need an adapter.

I think the shift ***** are the same for autos and manuals on our cars so I would *think* it would fit, maybe email trdsparks and ask, they have amazing customer service im sure they can tell you

not the same... auto has a smaller thread size.

then how are the obx ***** able to fit both auto and manual ( i have the obx mesh)

That **** also has the shift pattern stamped on the top, so it'd look out of place to have 1 thru 5 and R on it when it's an automatic.

it wont fit without an adapter
this shift **** does not come with one.

oh mines manual, some guy was selling a trd shift **** on ebay, he said that the dealer made it to fit the auto and manual maybe you can try asking

it's just an adapter.... that's all you need... but it doesn't come with one.
