Default Swapping OEM Parts w/ other OEM Parts

I was thought about this last night and I was wondering if it's possible.

So my friend wants to buy my front OEM lip because I'm looking for
a carbon fiber one to replace it. I read that if you take it off, there will be
large slits in the front bumper that the new lip won't cover. I don't want to
pay extra to get these little slits/holes filled up so I thought of just selling
him my OEM lip w/ the bumper. That way, I can take his stock one and just
install the CF lip without worrying about the damage.

Is it possible?

Do the front bumpers have VIN #'s attached to them or something?

I was also thinking of selling my pedastal spoiler like this too by swapping
trunks as well.

and they are for a reason. they verify the originality of the car so that when you have the car appraised, they will know if that part has been replaced like say after a collision. so do it only if it is really worth it to you. but yeah, the front bumper is not one of them.
