i sat here for 15 minutes reading this...and quickly discovered how unwilling i have become to purchase anything from independent sellers. BOXMAN is a coward, a liar, a thief, and is totally in the wrong. Had he provided toca with a tracking number and proof the item had been shipped, toca would have 1.) realized the item was sent to the wrong address and had it corrected 2.) not have been so quick to file a dispute with Paypal concerning an item he thought he wouldn't receive. THE POINT OF THE STORY IS: toca did not receive the product within a reasonable time and was not provided with any proof that the product had been shipped. Therefore, as any buyer would have done, he tried to retract the payment because he thought he was getting jipped. Although he went about doing that the wrong way, it remains that BOXMAN has the product and the money. Whether or not Paypal determined BOXMAN was in the right and gave him the money, BOXMAN as a seller should realize that had he provided sufficient tracking information, toca would never have tried to back out of the deal and he would have received payment for the product without any dispute between Paypal. As far as BOXMAN supposedly not caring what anyone thinks, I don't give a ****! I hope you burn in hell for being such a conniving, manipulative little ****. you are a horrible person, your ruining the independent buying/selling community for so many others, and you are not GOD! you don't determine who needs to be taught a lesson. if anyone does, it is you and i hope...no, i pray that you get what is coming to you. so, with all that being said, toca i hope you pursue this in some type of small claims court. seems to me you would have a great defense and more than likely will get your money back. if you choose not to, sorry about your loss, but next time be a little more cautious with the decisions you make.

BUMP FOR THAT CONNIVING BASTARD BOXMAN!!!!!

Tell me about it. Unless you know all the facts and dealt with BOXMAN, then I dont think you can pass accurate judgement of the situation. Time to let it go. My .02.

Is that to make us feel better or did something really happen? Do not need the particulars (would be nice) but just a resolution would be nice.

It's not my place to try and make you feel better.

It was not meant to be harsh at all. Isn't it the truth?
There is a real message there.
