Default 235/40/18 on 18x8 w/ 40mm offset

Hey all! quick question, and I know in no way are you guys sick of these "will my wheels fit" questions

I'm looking at some konig wheels (18x with a 40mm offset, wearing 235/40/18 tires. I was also looking at getting a 1" TRD drop. I don't care about the drop as much but I would like to avoid rubbing, the sticky above said that 225/40/18 fits with the TRD drop and no rubbing or problem, I just want to be sure before I buy them. I cringe at asking you guys a very similar question to one you've had to answer a dozen times, but you guys are the (collective) man! I appreciate it!!!!

I'd stick with 225/40/18 just to be safe.

I have 18x7.5 w/45mm offset and no rub. Same size tires (235/40/1. I'm not sure if the extra offset and wheel width would be enough to make a difference?
