How long will it be? How long was it when the original came out that there was a good selection of aftermarket suspension...exhaust...accessories in general?

most of the accessories coming out for them when they release them will be from the dealer only and prob. be overpriced. The problem with the new models is there is no JDM aftermarket for it now, like our current xA's and xB's. Parts may come a little later so the only mods i see for awhile are the dealer ones. The optomized.com site is supposed to be where they will have most of the accessories for the new ones. But the scion.com site will still have some there when you "build your scion"....

some of the performance mods should be directly compatible with tC parts (same engine, same setup). Other than that, there will probably be a short waiting period, but I bet by summer or so, you will be able to find what you need.

Nothing in there about springs or coilovers, although Templin did specifically state in Miami that they would be available through Scion (the springs, IIRC)

The suspension is from an existing Toyota vehicle. I just havent figured out which one yet. TEIN already makes parts for it....

isnt the new xB based on the tC platform??? If so the springs from the tC will work...also shocks and struts should too...and many parts from the tC motor will work
