How long was it when the original came out that there was a good selection of aftermarket suspension...exhaust...accessories in general? rogcjms 02-11-2007, 04:22 PM most of the accessories coming out for them when they release them will be from the dealer only and prob. be overpriced. The problem with the new models is there is no JDM aftermarket for it now, like our current xA's and xB's. Parts may come a little later so the only mods i see for awhile are the dealer ones. The optomized.com site is supposed to be where they will have most of the accessories for the new ones. But the scion.com site will still have some there when you "build your scion".... eburgsspeedyxb 02-11-2007, 04:32 PM some of the performance mods should be directly compatible with tC parts (same engine, same setup). Other than that, there will probably be a short waiting period, but I bet by summer or so, you will be able to find what you need. RATMACHINE 02-11-2007, 10:19 PM I'm just worried mainly about coilovers... Max 02-11-2007, 10:32 PM It looks like there are a LOT more accessories offered from Scion for the xB2. Here's the list from the product brochure: -16" Alloy Wheel -Ashtray -B-Pillar Applique -Dash Applique -Base Audio -Premium Audio -AVN Audio -XM Radio -Sirius Radio (Availability TBD) -Subwoofer (Availability TBD) -Carbon Fiber Engine Cover -Cargo Cover -Cargo liner -Cargo Net -Illuminated Door Sills -C-Pillar Storage -Exhaust Tip -Grille (Availability TBD) -Headrest Monitors -LED Under Dash & Cup Holder -Floor & Cargo Mats -Overhead Console Box (Availability TBD) -Owner's Portfolio w/FAK -Rear Bumper Protector -Rear Spoiler -Roof Rack -Sport Pedal Covers -Shift Knob -Steering Wheel -VIP - RS3200+ -VIP - Remote Engine Start -Wheel Cover -Wheel Locks Nothing in there about springs or coilovers, although Templin did specifically state in Miami that they would be available through Scion (the springs, IIRC) ElChupacabra 02-11-2007, 10:34 PM The suspension is from an existing Toyota vehicle. I just havent figured out which one yet. TEIN already makes parts for it.... rogcjms 02-12-2007, 12:00 AM isnt the new xB based on the tC platform??? If so the springs from the tC will work...also shocks and struts should too...and many parts from the tC motor will work Max 02-12-2007, 12:53 AM Well it looks like they do have a lowering kit See this (PDF link) http://www.scion.com/nextgen/downloads/pdf/xb_Accys.pdf xB Accessories Sound System: AAM/FM/CD with iPod Capability Premium Audio XM Radio* AVN Headrest Monitors Sirius Radio* * Satellite radio requires XM or Sirius compatible receiver and monthly service fee.
