i like the style of the sportmax rims, but they are way too heavy for my taste.

my fav light weight inexpensive just plain awsome rim.....rota slipstreams. I like rotas. I own a set of grids, attacks and slipstreams. gram lights, rays engineering volk my fav but to pricey for me

NOBODY mentioned the SSR GT2's?? NOBODY?? Granted, they'll be a bit pricey compared to the other lower quality wheels mentioned like rota and axis, but you get what you pay for, and those wheels would be sub-18lbs EVEN FOR AN 18" WHEEL.
