I bought some Halos from him a while back. He said that there was one tab broken, and there was three and a hole in the housing as a result. Also he just threw them into a box loosly with a couple of air pockets, so they bounce around pretty good in transit. When I contacted him about refunding my money, big surprise, no response. So ggod luck dealing with him.
