If a supercharged V8 wont make it to the production maybe toyota can put it in another car in their line-up...

 

well, they did say that some of the features like the power soft-top might make production. but i suppose it would be kinda irresponsible to put a 350 hp s/c v8 on a truck deisgned for off-roading. i think that engine would be great in the tacoma x-runner. but with an fj, you got terrible aerodynamics anyway, and the suspension designed for climbing trails would be lost trying to manuever the fj at speed. and its gas mileage would be way too meager for a good camping trip, since you can't go too far from you last gas station.

but still very sweet.
