Some of you may know me from other boards. Some of you have seen me here working on my Project xB for SEMA 2004...which by the way is going to grace this website soon. But today, the girlfriend and I went to order her a Silver tC auto with teh side airbag options. We'll be waiting about 5 weeks, but thats ok. Ive alredy got two cars at SEMA, I cant handle building a 3rd. However...I do want to do small things. I will of course drop it slightly, and add some bigger wheels/tires. Some things Ive looked around for but havent found yet...

Anyone make a stealth box for a 12" sub? Ive only seen you guys throw big boxes in the back which I dont want to do. Im stayig simple on this one, so dont suggest I get crazy Like Im doing to the xB right now.

Where can I go to get the stock badges done up in a black chrome finish?

Can you order the tC with radio delete? No head unit at all?? Im putting in a new RF DVD headunit anyway.

I do know you can't NOT get the headunit, because each car is made exactly the same with no options other than the Side air bags.

 

I'd imagine you can get it without the headunit. The one I test drove didn't have the head unit in it.

 

You can the the vehicle with out the head unit installed in it( it will be in a box in the back seat :D ) , but you won't get a credit for it unfortunately.

 

I believe I would have gotten a credit of $100-$150 if I didn't want the stock head unit. All of my dealer's tCs come in with no stereos and they install them there.

yea...they all ship with no head unit I found out yesterday. They do it to be able to quicly swap in the 6 disc or regular based on what the customer wants, rather than ordering a car simpply because the stereo was wrong
